Public Budget Hearing

The public hearing for the proposed $1.9 billion ‘26 budget for Johnson County is 6:00 8/20/25 at the Olathe Conference Center (Embassy Suites). I’m told there was maybe 40 people who addressed the BOCC at last year’s hearing. Recognize this is public comment only with no BOCC feedback. The budget is then set to be adopted 8/28/25 at the regular 9:30 a.m. BOCC business meeting.
